the hotel theme is unique. prison doors access the rooms. i also appreciated the free drinks available throughout my stay from the breakfast room. the location proved convenient, just a short walk to the city center.

the soundproofing could be improved. i could hear some noise from the hallway.

The unique jail theme is awesome. It continued on everything, including the mugs. Breakfast was also really great! Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They made everything easy.

The location was convenient, a short walk to the town center.

There was no hot water one morning. I was not happy. I didn't receive a real apology for that inconvenience. I also wished there was a kettle IN the room.

the location is very convenient with nearby parking available on chesil street it is just a short walk to the town. i stayed in cell 8 it overlooked the city i found this view very pleasant. i could make myself a drink in the breakfast room anytime as it is accessible 24/7

my room was quite hot making it difficult to sleep. the temperature dial indicated no heating was on but the room remained warm. opening the window while asleep felt unsafe because the room was accessible from the outside embankment.

the room was a good size and clean this contributed to a comfortable experience. the bed had a slightly firm feel but it was still quite manageable. the bathroom was both clean and generously sized with good quality towels.
